Thanks to your concierge and security staff, an intruder was apprehended in the parking garage yesterday morning (September 22nd) He was turned over to the Vancouver Police Department who confirmed that this individual is known to police and has a record of break ins and we believe he was responsible for breakins in our parking garage during the week of September 14th. Building security is everyone’s responsibility. While our Resident Managers and evening security staff keep a close eye on building activities, all of us can contribute to a safe and secure building.
The following are a few security tips:
• Do not let anyone follow you into the building. Invite them to use their key fob to enter.
• Always wait until the garage door has fully closed before leaving or entering the secured residential area of the parking lot.
• Do not “buzz in” anyone who calls on the Enterphone saying they have left their keys in their apartment. Report any security concerns to our resident managers |
